Many thanks to Ian Lavill and Already Property Services who did an excellent job of clearing my parents property in Plymouth of fifty five years of accrued paraphernalia that filled the house, garage, shed and greenhouse.

Ian and his assistant were punctual, efficient, professional and tidy, leaving the property empty and clean apart from what was going to be moved to their new property. All goods were taken to the council recycling centre and I was given the appropriate certificates and paperwork to show that legitimate disposal had occurred.

The team returned a few days later with a larger vehicle and moved all belongings quickly and carefully with no damage to the goods. They placed all furniture and boxes into the appropriate rooms to save me the job of sorting it myself.

I have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone who needs a house clearing or who requires an efficient removals firm.
